Happy Birthday, Dr Sharleena!! :)
Have a look at this marvellous example of contemporary webdesign, authored by a certain someone whom we shall name Izzy La B. Then click on the Kill Ugly Radio links on that page. …back? That was fun eh?
If, like me, you find it impossible to write a single sentence without wondering about proper punctuation, don’t take this test. The crux of the biscuit is the apostrophe…
It’s very late here, i can’t keep it up but thanks Nigey, David, John, Greg and the people at WUSB for, indeed, a dynamite show plenty of rare stuff and good info. It’s always thrilling to hear Zappa on the radio!
All is well now. Cheers WUSB!

Errh, it happened to be a dutch book, so I’ll translate:
“We age the most while we are young.”
—De Vergankelijkheid – Midas Dekkers.
I’d be interested to read your responses, by the way.
Behold my mighty blog, calloo and callay.
Someone I know recently dreamed she had a poodle by the name of Seinfeld. For the last five minutes, I’ve been trying to couple that curious factoid with these “Seinfeld teams up with Superman” clips — but no cigar.
Alright, so who’s planning a visit to this year’s Zappanale #15? A meet-and-greet among KUR readers would be great, so drop a comment if you’ll be attending what has to be the coziest FZ-festival this side of the globe. We’ll (most probably) be there!
A poll, if I may. Why do you keep coming back here? (your click will increment # votes)
Update: since the switch to WordPress this poll no longer functions.
I’ve had to put the tracks for the latest offering (Paris, 17/9/84) offline. Why? Because a disgruntled idiot by the name of Isaac Baranoff (email), aka ThingFish24, keeper of The First Amendment, and overall Genius, decided it would be fun to hotlink directly to all of the tracks on the zappa.com forums, where he added: “Download it now before Adolf “Barry” Hitler’s bandwith is all used up!”. As of today, I’ve made it impossible to hotlink .mp3’s hosted here, but of course by now the damage is done. At 28GB, with a 30GB monthly limit, I can’t but put the tracks offline. Just one thing. There is one person running this website. There is one person paying the bills. That person would be me. If I’m not satisfied by the quality of posts made by someone I myself allowed to post here at HP in the first place, then it is my friggin’ right to kick that person right out again as I please, which was the case with Isaac. If for a couple of weeks, you can’t download anything, you have him to thank for it. Let’s all say: Thank you Isaac!
