Well I’ll be darned: I had no idea that “The Real Frank Zappa Book” is available online in its entirety. Nobody ever tells me anything! Funny quote at the bottom: “Yes, all of these boldfaces, italics and underlines are really in the book!” :)

likely unauthorized, why post the link on yer blog?
Is it unauthorized? There’s no way of telling…
Thanks Barry, Balint had also noted this site. If its out there, you should post it for our enjoyment.
It was nice to read through this book after a 10 year absence. I wish Frank had of recorded more of the road stories & a bit less of the more ‘nuveau abstruse’ stuff on internal political issues.
I’d certainly like to read Gail’s side of the FZ history and deeds. He makes very positive references to her in the book, and whilst most FZ fans are (rightly) critical of the way things have lurched along (where’s that Roxy video?) history will be a little poorer if her knowledge isn’t captured.
The idea of Gail getting herself together for long enough to write a book seems a tad optimistic!
