Holy subscription, Barry! I hate when this happens. Here’s the text:
Romance over for musicians
12:31 AM CDT on Wednesday, May 19, 2004
By ALAN PEPPARD / The Dallas Morning News
Their mutual love of music and cooking wasn’t enough to keep Dallas’ Lisa Loeb and boyfriend Dweezil Zappa together. Put a fork in their relationship – it’s done.
They were the picture of domestic bliss while taping the first (and only) season of their Food Network program, Dweezil & Lisa. But fissures were visible two months ago when Dweezil abruptly dropped out of the couple’s Dallas show at the Gypsy Tea Room. He dropped out of the rest of their tour, which the Food Network was sponsoring to promote the series.
Getting answers out of the Food Network or the stars’ reps was like trying to get a laugh out of an IRS auditor. Dweezil “had to go home,” was all Lisa’s publicist, Sheryl Northrop, would say at the time.
But Lisa was more forthright in a recent interview with AP Radio. She confirmed that she and Dweezil have split, saying only that it was time to go their separate ways.

Life once again imitates arf…Shar, if I send you my dishes, will you do them with yours? They’ve really been piling up since this internet thing got underway. I’ve had them soaking, though, and the remnants of NAG (RONAG) should not be difficult to scrub. This is not a test…
