Hmmm… what do you think: shall we link to npr.org, or not?
Ironically npr.org, a site which apparently prohibits linking to any of its pages without prior consent, is being linked to by just about every weblogger on the planet because of that very exclusive policy. Heheh, gotta love the web…

Barry, you little rascal!! By linking to the permission to link page you have already linked and yet you are encouraging others to ask permission to link at the same time totally disregarding and spurning npr’s commandment to not link without asking permission. Wonderful piece of circular logic. You get the DaDa award!
hahahaha! a very well granted award..! Now, why would they not want to link with us? Is it our breath? (ps: Deb, those purple messages are pretty hip!)

Why, its our purple prose, of course. That and the fact that we might move in and take over their stations and sing and play songs that would be politically incorrect. (Anyone for the all-Zappa video station?) AFZATT-24-7 (all Frank Zappa, all the time)(thank you, I must have purple wherever I go)
I must have purple wherever I go
Now there’s a motto if ever I seen one.
Catchy isn’t it? It’s like that nursery rhyme:
Rings on her fingers
and bells on her toes
and she shall have music wherever she goes.
Only my version would be:
Amethyst rings
and bright fushia clothes
and she shall have purple wherever she goes.
I like it!
