   I believe that male singer is Maynard James Keenan, of Tool and A Perfect Circle fame.

   I looked it up on the internets, and apparently Puscifer is a sort of project band for Keenan to do stuff in he can’t do in Tool or his other projects. According to him, it’s as much a clothing line as it is a band.
