I saved the box. I couldn’t find a picture to send Barry, but it does in fact have a drawing of a Stratocaster with a whammy bar, as well as the bottom half of a poster depicting a famous mustache.

My friend picked it up in a liquor store in – get this – Centerville, Massachusetts. A real good place to drink your beer up. I’d check the Magic Hat website for distribution info. Link

I don’t think you can copyright a song title. I mean, how many songs out there are called “Closer” or “Big Time” or what have you.
