there’s definitely a line somewhere. its a tough call. i think its definitely cool if its for an installation piece or something on a limited scale. when it comes to mass-production, or making huge sums of money, it should either not be done, or a share of the profits should be diverted to the originator of the work. (much like the non-artist p. diddy, and his incessant use of samples)
