  1. Somehow, I’m not surprised that Joe’s XMasage turns out to be ‘disappointing’. The ZFT seem to be trying to alienate all but the most fanatically dedicated obsessives. Shouldn’t they be aiming to expand the FZ audience – or at least keeping the existing one?

  2. Yeah – I don’t get it either. All of the Joe’s Corsaga releases are bootleg quality. Zappa would be horrified

  3. Joe’s Low Voltage…perhaps it’s the old theory of managing expactations. If expectations are low, it’s hard to disappoint. If expectations are so low, who gives a fuck, anyway?

Is that too harsh? ‘scuse me.

  4. Yeah fucking right, Birdman. Do you even own “Joe’s Corsage”, almost half of which was mixed by FZ and Bob Stone in 1989? If any of this material *were* released as bootlegs and not official released, they would be praised to the sky.

Fucking people are never fucking happy. Fucks.

  5. Less than 30 minutes of music on Joe’s Corsage. For the price, it would be nice to have less jibber jabbering and more music.

If you’re satisfied with the quality (or the quantity of actual music) of the Joe’s Corsaga releases, Milhouse G, you’re in the minority.

  6. Mythology (and their own words) tells us Gail and Joe, joined by others, think Bob Stone is some sort of dope. Now you are saying they are releasing his work as their own? Figures, don’t it? FPANFH, indeed.
