Here’s a cool excursion for all of you Bugs Bunny / Looney Toons fans out there. At this site, click on any offerings of the “Fred Allen” show. Allen had a segment called ‘Allen’s Alley, where he would go ‘knock on doors and talk to his neighbors’. You will be amazed how many familiar characters, and bits, from the Looney Tunes stuff was ‘lifted’ from the Fred Allen show - Senator Claghorn tears me up!
