Hm.
My dad, while a swinging single 1970s firefighter kind of guy, was very much against television and so when he needed me out of the way would get little tiny me high and stick me in a room with Frank Zappa on the reel to reel and a Jim Morrison poster to stare at.
That probably explains a lot.
But I still enjoy Frank’s music. Married a guy who looked like him, once, but who had more Morrisonesque tendencies so that didn’t last so long…
