    Frank in shorts?! Now that must have been a sight to behold.
    Did he ever wear shorts in pictures? Besides photo shoots ‘in character’ (ie – the safari picture).
    Maybe on the ’84 tour he let his knees get some air?

    Tommy has these stories that are insightful about Frank. In another interview he recalls Frank saying weeping after Tommy played a beautiful solo arrangement of “Envelopes.”
