I had meant to offer this one up earlier but due to some frantic redecorating at Casa Barry, this DVD had gotten lost.  Zappa on Saturday Night Live - DVDSince vrnzr and I have been discussing this vine earlier, he's the first to get it (and reoffer, obviously). I'm at work now so can't post the details from the various SNL shows on the dvd but I can tell you it makes for some GREAT viewing material! One tiny problem (at least on my side): it plays in black and white -- but that may have to do with my crappy TV-set... So, for now: Barry >> vrnzr |

I am right now listening to Candice Bergen introducing Frank Zappa, and, guess what? The DVD is in color!! No tiny problem, the new dvd player works really fine, even the slime from the video looks great. C'mon guys, don't miss this one! |

To all Euro(a.o.) single PAL-Format TV/DVD viewers: Unless you have one of these sophisticated high-end multi-standard equipments as Sharleena seems to have - you will undergo the same sad experience as Barry (and I) and see the whole thing in black & white only on your TV set.  (Still runs in all colours on my computer, though ...) Video format specs: MPEG 2 NTSC 4.3 720x576 so, it's perfect for US viewers I guess... But nevertheless - it's great listening pleasure and very funny viewing material. I really enjoy it... Thanks again, Barry & Sharleena, for offering this one !!
