Okay, Who knows what the pictograms on the cover of both 'best band you never heard' and 'zoot allures' are all about?

I think according to The Real Frank Zappa Book or somewhere the symbols on 'Zoot Allures' are a phonetic rendering of Zappa's name in Japanese (?).
