Sad day indeed…
I remember purchasing “Class Clown” in early 1973. His humor went well with the drugs I was becoming involved with, and the truth of his humor struck me deep.
“I used to be Irish Catholic, now I’m an American; you know, you grow” hit me like a hammer. Maybe there was more to it than what my parents were admitting…
Cool clip, thanks!

Thanks for the clip.
I met George in the early 80’s. He was very cool.
He helped elevate stand-up comedy in the 60’s.
And his most recent performance “It’s Bad For You” is incredible material for a 70 year old man.
RIP G-e-o-r-g-e
