{"id":3178,"date":"2006-09-21T09:19:41","date_gmt":"2006-09-21T07:19:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.killuglyradio.com\/hot-poop\/2006\/09\/21\/the-making-of-freak-out"},"modified":"2006-09-21T11:28:19","modified_gmt":"2006-09-21T09:28:19","slug":"the-making-of-freak-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.killuglyradio.com\/hot-poop\/2006\/09\/21\/the-making-of-freak-out","title":{"rendered":"The Making Of Freak Out!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Being the only one who mysteriously didn&#8217;t receive the Barfie&#8217;s email I am a bit late with this, but on to the news:<\/p>\n<p><img style='padding:2px; border: 1px solid #ccc;' src='http:\/\/www.killuglyradio.com\/hot-poop\/wp-content\/ZappaMOFO.jpg' alt='zappa MOFO' \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the release of MOFO&#8217;s limited edition (4 discs + 60 page booklet) has been postponed to &#8220;just in time for Halloween&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>the &#8220;regular&#8221; MOFO release (2 discs + 30 page booklet) is planned for 11 November and will be available in stores<\/li>\n<li>only Disc 1 of both releases are the same ( ! )<\/li>\n<li>today <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zappa.com\/\">zappa.com<\/a> should be streaming a few samples of the album. <em>Update:<\/em> yup, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zappa.com\/flash\/mofo\/mofo-77.html\">#77<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zappa.com\/flash\/mofo\/mofo-78.html\">#78<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Oh, and tickets for all <a href=\"http:\/\/zappaplayszappa.com\" title=\"Zappa plays Zappa\">ZPZ<\/a> December shows should be on sale as of 29\/30 September. For details, keep an eye on the <a href=\"http:\/\/zappaplayszappa.com\/tourdates.html\">tourdates page<\/a> which has yet to be updated.
