I was just waiting to see who was going to catch that Missing Persons allusion, Jamez. Missing Persons was actually a very good band once you got past Dale’s voice (proof that a killer body can only bring one so far — even in the MTV era).

Don’t forget Terry Bozzio was in Missing Persons (as well as Warren Cucurullo, Patrick O’Hearn and Dale Bozzio) so they must have had something going for them! Mind you, he also joined Korn… theory disproved!

It was 1982 after all, the decade that brought us hair bands, Missing Persons, Culture Club, Lifestyles of the Rich and Stupid — the narrator was obviously grasping at straws for adjectives for which to describe FZ whilst avoiding the one word which actually does describe him and his work.
