One of her reasons for doing that was that there were complaints from Muslim biology students that our universities tought them stuff that contradicted the Quran. Religion, ANY religion, just doesn't like science. I guess it's hard, being a believer in the real world. Recently there was a tv-debate between a university professor defending intelligent design or "the phenomenological approach"(ha!), and a female science-journalist. She was great (and a bit arrogant), he was pathetic and kind of submissive (or humble...). The sneaking attack-strategy.
