Southpark is my favorite show. However, I agree that it has declined. I don't see the point of all the emphasis on politics. What ever happened to Christmas Poo or Gay Satan or Necrophilia on Halloween.

Yeah, Birdman, Ike Willis as Chef ThingFish would be great. And South Park Is Probably the Funniest, Most Thought Provoking and Profound Show On Television ( except for Family Guy and The Simpsons in their prime. Oh, yeah, Duckman too had its moments.

Hold on -

South Park isn't funny, and we're at a site that celebrates the man behind "The Poodle Lecture", "The Illinois Enema Bandit", and all that tedious babble during "Dupree's Paradise"?

There are a few episodes of South Park that are funnier than anything Frank Zappa ever did.

This show isn't funny. We're at a place where the lowest form of humour is considered comical. The Fart & Burb Channel come to mind. "Cocaine Decisions" begat this genre. Crap is crap.

While the idea of Brock as the new Chef is thought provoking, I predict that Chef II will be Ike Willis in Thingfish mode. I thought that what was what Isaac Hayes was kind of shooting for anyway.

This shows how much power Scientology wields behind the scenes (IMHO) in Hollywood. South Park can make fun of any other religion on the planet, and they may bitch and moan and complain to the FCC, but nothing will happen, but satirize this particular brand of fake Scifi lunacy and the episode gets canceled. It's a damn shame that Issac Hayes left over this episode. (I wonder if his "church" pressured him or if it was his own decision?) Maybe George Duke or Napolean Murphy Brock are available as replacements.
