  2. Tanx for this friday boot. I did have it on a dusty Revox tape. Couldnt get the quality right then. But fortunately Dutch radio VPRO re-broadcasted it some years ago.
    I remember the tv broadcast very well. Have approx. 20 minutes black & white fragments from it.
    But the date and the place are not correct.
    During the re-radio broadcast Wim Noordhoek from VPRO announced that the live recodings were made at Bergen, Noord Holland on 16 June 1970.

  3. The song identified as ‘Envelopes’ is actually a fragment of the Stravinsky ballet ‘Agon’ (a great piece, BTW!).

  4. Thanks Gilles and Barry for the boot! A good one. Is sounds like flo and eddie are singing through some sort of tremelo – maybe it’s Frank’s ‘Condor’?

  5. i love the content of this show, with flo and eddie singing up a storm. Unfortunately there is a hum of some description throughout the entire thing that causes me some style of cosmic distress but that is not enough to warp my enjoyment of another great addition to the archives. congratulations also to the guys for presenting a show which is different to the last few weeks presentations…i must add that i look forward to friday
