Do you like Steve Reich? I love his works. Allmost all are the same (of course not true), but just beautiful. Recently I’ve found his homepage, and a video with “Clapping Music ” on it – from ’74. Again: I love it.

So does the audience get music sheets before they applaud?
Saw him perform Music For 18 Musicians this february, and it was maybe one of the best concerts i’ve ever been to! His more recent works are sometimes maligned, but can only really be understood when performed live. imho.
