Zappa Bootleg Listening Sessions: “During the week, a bootleg will be posted to alt.binaries.zappafiles clearly labelled as the Sunday Listening Session files. Everyone who wants to participate downloads the files, and stashes them on their hard drives until Sunday.
On Sunday, all participants connect to the #zappateers group on Dalnet IRC, and at 20:00hrs UK time (GMT or British Summer Time – it’s still 8pm) we all start playing the MP3s on our own systems.”
