Frank Zappa - Pidgeon Fancier

I heard a BBC World radio broadcast on "pidgeon fanciers" last week.  It referenced several celebrities who were "fanciers", including Frank Zappa.  I have read at least half a dozen Zappa biographies and don't remember anything about pidgeons - raising, eating, or sexual practices involving.  She's just like a pidgeon in bondage?

Unable to find any reference to Zappa and pigeons but I did find my kind of girl  Grin
