According to the US Postal Service, it's too early to say for sure, but the World Tour Book may now better be known as the "Lost" Episodes. Here's the latest Poop: KUR World Tour - The "Lost" Episode.

Subject I mailed a Priority Flat Rate Envelope containing a memory book that appears to be lost in the mail. I am trying desperately to find it. I have my receipt for the priority mail with pertinent data. How do I contact the Mail Recovery Center to inquire?

Amber, I can provide you with all the details I have, in roughly the order you request, from my receipt:
Mailed 03/08/2008 from Holland, MI 494239998 at 10:06 AM 253923-0230-0095 Mailed to - John Lind 265 Charlotte St, #33 Asheville, NC 28801 (no additional services added) Zone-4 Priority Mail Flat Rate Env 1 lb. 9.10 oz Bill #: 1000500682934 Clerk: 18 Return address: Jack C. Oonk SOFA 16 West 21st Street Holland, MI 49423 Contents: A "memory" book - scrapbook, if you will... Value: Probably $15.00 US, but to the people that contributed memories to this book, it is priceless...
I have good quality digital images of everything that was inside the book, if that helps, but a brief description of the front cover is: a hand-drawn picture of Frank Zappa holding the book itself, with text "Barry's Imaginary Publisher Presents - KILLUGLYRADIO WORLD TOUR - Music is the Best". There is other, smaller text not significant to this description. Believe me, there is not another book cover on the planet like this one. I sincerely hope you can help me track this package down. It means a lot to several people! I do not suspect "foul play", or negligence by anyone, postal employee or otherwise. I have a feeling that the Flat Rate envelope was damaged enough making the package undeliverable. I can be called if needed at 616-499-1555. I can also email the digital images if needed. Thank you for your response, and your assistance in this matter. Regards, Jack C. Oonk

I take it that you received my reply, Amber... That's good. That means you received my information and description. That is also good. From this I can only assume that a) you understood my problem, b) have a fair and accurate description of the lost package, and c) will pursue this matter, and inform me of how I can contact the Mail Recovery Center that covers Priority Mail Packages mailed from my area that are undeliverable, so that I might inquire of them if they have seen the package... Please feel free to correct this assumption if in error. Regards, Jack C. Oonk

Amber, The very first line of my "details" starts with "Mailed 03/08/2008 from Holland, MI 494239998 at 10:06 AM". So the date the item was mailed was March 8, 2008. I'm sorry if I was not detailed enough... Thank you! Jack
