Falling in Love is a Stoopid Habit
« on: August 02, 2004, 04:46:53 AM »

I just downloaded a song from Kazaa, which is just a piano and Zappa singing about how "falling in love is a stupid habit" - it has very raw sound quality and has zappa counting to keep time. I obviously don't know everything there is to know about Frank but I thought one of my books would have maybe mentioned it, at least in passing.
Does anyone know its origin or anything about it ?
thanks

Is it from the same session as the Bobby Brown featured in FZ in Prague TV/video thing?

I am the guy who sent this song out to the international collecting community. I have been writing music with Jimmy Carl Black since 1981. You can read the entire story here. After Jimmy gave me the tape to make a copy of, I sent it to Rob Cerreta, who was one of the main guys behind the Zappa collectors magazine called Mother People. From there, that recording got passed around the world. Here's my story that explains it all:
