Given the recent sustained spate of spamming...
Given the lack of contributors...
Is it worth closing the wiki to all comers? Anyone who wanted to contribute could apply here to do so.

 Our Hero.
The kid's a megalomaniacal idiot and a troll extraordinaire Surely not! He describes himself... I am a writer, composer, artist, music collector, and filmmaker. His writing seems to be mostly reviews on amazon.com He also assumes the name Thing-Fish and Alan Smithee III. Do you think he can spell pretentious?
He seems to have produced a film script. His efforts have been described as...
A couple months ago, I found the single greatest comedy writer alive: Isaac Baranoff. Imagine the living embodiment of the stupid teen Hollywood caters to, then amplify every single element of horrendous comedy by 100. The only word I can really use to describe his level of Unfunny is 'surreal'. The jokes are so thunderously awful that it's almost chilling to look inside his head. His composing seems to date back to 2003 when there was discussion on the zappa.com forum about putting a forum band together...
Arkay, are you excepting emails for instrument samples? 'cause i was thinking of recording something tomorrow. I'm intrested in becoming a composer, and I'm getting a MIDI keyboard tomarrow (It has a screen that shows what notes you are playing to help the person playing write music.) Anyway, I might work out some kinda melody ... If you put it on a album and add some extra bandmembers to it, please have a credit for "Isaac Baranoff" on the back cover and in the liner notes, okay? (If you make a file out of the notes for the internet, say It's written by me, please?)
Listen to the resulting masterpiece - that "screen that shows what notes you are playing" was obviously a great help.
He seems to be claiming copyrights on the Hunchentoot script on his blog.
The guy deserves his very own web site/appreciation society and/or tribute band.

One question though: How is the 200 Motels film (in m4v format) supposed to work on a Windows system ?? Quicktime 7 is what you are looking for
Just found The Ventures - Caravan (with the drum solo) which I was planning to include - maybe next time.

Thanks fior the pointers Maroual.
I do not consider it a major problem - it only takes one minute to remove. We have had some over the past week or so but that has been the first we have seen for several months.
I guess we need to await Barry's return and see how he feels about it then.

What kind of magazine is this? A real magazine would employ someone to clear copyright material (these all have copyrights) for publication - which works out cheaper than being sued for using other peoples copyrighted stuff. They would require pro quality (>1200 dpi) scans to print from.
If it is some cheapo fanzine affair a quick google for zappa pictures should turn up a few.
