here's Friday Boots #2 , a selection of earlier FZ boots put up by the very Imaginary Publisher himself between March and August 2003:


FZ 69-02-23 Toronto ('Pachuco Hop')             77 MB (in 160 kbps)

in "excellent soundboard" quality, with highly unusual titles as 'Lonely, Lonely Nights', 'Behind The Sun' and 'Pachuco Hop'. I especially like this show's 14:30 min version of 'Charles Ives', beautiful !! Original extended Mothers line-up, as in "Weasels Ripped My Flesh".


FZ 73-05... unknown ('The Mystery Concert')   77 MB (in 160 kbps)

Still don't know where this show's from, maybe some of you out there does...
Here's the setlist: Exercise #4, Dog Meat, Fifty-Fifty, Cosmic Debris, Zomby Woof, Montana, Dupree's Paradise, Farther O'Blivion.
The J.L.Ponty-George Duke etc. line-up.


FZ 78-02-26 Brussels, Belgium         122 MB  (in 160 kbps)

the "One-Day-After-The-Hemmerleinhalle"-Show,
not the best sound quality, but hey, it's from Brussels....
This recording has two non-essential tracks missing (Dancin' Fool & Dinah Moe Humm), but the real stuff is there, in all it's beauty: The Torture Never Stops (terrific solo), King Kong and Yo' Mama, to name but a few.


FZ 81-12-11 Santa Monica early show ('Teenage Prostitute')     150 MB (in 192 kbps)

one of the first shows put up on KUR's Hot Poop if I'm not mistaken. Beautiful complete show of the '81-'82 season, with special guests such as Nicholas Slonimsky, Lisa Popeil and Ahmet Zappa. Cover art is included, thanks to Gilles.


FZ 84-10-07 Nice, France ('Nice Concert, Nice People')     76 MB (in 224 kbps)

Nice concert recording, but far from complete. So, maybe somebody else might want to offer the whole show ... The tracks from this boot are:

Needless to say, a great show, including the cameo appearance of Mr.Sting after the intermission.
As a bonus I have included bits of a radio programme including an FZ Radio Interview on WLUP Chicago, made the day after, where FZ discusses Mr.Sting, the Beatles Medley, and the ever present issue of the necessity of voter registration in America ...
This show is a must have, especially if you got "The-Day-After-The-Mr.Sting"-show from Bálint's Friday Boots Set #1.

- Punky's Whips Shown on Stage,
- Pigs & Repugnant,
- 1978-09-21 Poughkeepsie NY, not just the Project/Object boot. I don't know if Peepers Pt.1-2-3 contains the complete recording of that show. Is there a complete concert tape in this universe ?
