Part one of seven.
This is fabulous, classic Zappa start to finish — watch while it’s still out there. Thanks Jane!

Incredible! The world needs this guy now. What a huge loss. He would be making the angriest music ever, or something inspiring. Damn.

Excellent interview. I wonder if someone in the Zappa household accepted that invitation to the California Golden Circle?

Excited I be.
Damn, there goes my whole “go to sleep early” plan shot to hell. Totally worth it though. You just know the man’s got stuff to say that you need to hear - smart, original & hey, who knew he invented the MIRV?!
Pretty wild to see that there’s still “new” material coming out of him doing an interview … & he didn’t even like interviews!

I viewed the seven parts almost entirely but somehow missed that MIRV thing. What’s a MIRV?

Apparently, this doesn’t appeal to those afflicted with short attention spans - viewership drops with each segment. Too bad…

Does anyone know exactly when this interview was conducted? Who was the interviewer?
I agree this is exactly the sort of thing the ZFT should be releasing, but the fact is they may not necessarily own the rights to much interview stuff.

A quote from jane23:
Ah, that one. Now i’m getting it. It’s from the part where FZ talks about little Frankie who was fond of explosives of any kind. He didn’t mention having inventend multiple warhead missiles in TRFZB, though.
Nice!
